The OVA always needs new blood.

We need new people on the Executive Committee and we need volunteers in many other capacities.

We have approximately 70 members who help the OVA in some role, be it big or small; the walks leaders, the newsletter distributors, talks organiser, technical equipment organiser, events organisers, website editor, newsletter editor, wildlife monitors, village representatives – etc. etc. But we need more and to have successors.

At present we need people to maintain and add to our history archive, and also an events organiser, a talks organiser, and parish representatives. 

Also volunteers to form active working parties to improve the local environment and to assist in some of our project groups.  We hope some of you think about helping on us in some way as well.

We cannot know each of your individual strengths, interests and skills; but the OVA needs you. Please volunteer to do something.

The tasks available are varied and interesting.
